Clans 2.0 Beta

Starting today (2019-11-27) Clans 1.0 will be replaced by 2.0. This means big changes on how Clans will work in the future and because of this all old clans have been removed. Note that the server will be reset in conjunction with the server release together with Minecraft 1.15, so if you create a new clan now it's only for testing because it is not the final version.

Important changes:

  • Raiding can now happen in all clan claims.
  • When a raid is started a notification is sent to Discord, in the channel #clan-raids.
  • There are now verified clans. Level 20 needed to request, and that the clan is active.
  • Verified clans receive a role in discord, a title and can only change the name if they contact staff first.
  • There is no longer any offline protection.
  • There are no longer any cooldowns for when you can raid, however, you still can not teleport if you started a raid.
  • The rules for raiding are much less strict, because it is possible to restore many blocks.
  • Raid clans will automatically create clan claims when new claims are created.
  • Claims no longer need to be 1 hour old to be converted to a clan claim.
  • Clan chest is replaced with “Claim Upkeep”, which is a block you purchase in /cl shop (New clan shop)
  • There are exclusive items in the clan shop. (/cl shop)
  • Items taken during a raid have some limitations, for example that they can only be stored in clan claims.
  • Blocks destroyed during a raid can be restored within 24 hours after the raid has concluded for a sum of money depending on the number of blocks and the type of block.
  • Raids that occurred within 24 hours can be seen with /cl raid while standing in your clan claim. Here you can see both the stolen items, and how much it costs to restore the blocks.
  • Stolen objects can only be taken from the chests with slow left-clicks.
  • Clan claims no longer have a value in $, but are instead based on a level with exp.
  • How hard clan claims are to raid is based upon whether it is marked as a base (/cl base) and if it has placed Claim Upkeep.
  • Tracking can be done both on the base and the clan claim with most experience.
  • The tokens command now works when you are in a clan and also not in one. Tokens can be taken from any clan claim at use, because there is no longer a global chest but one per claim.
