    Scrap
    * Added a /recycle command – Get back objects needed to crafta object you hold in your hand. Is the article damaged so you only get back a certain percentage of the objects.

    Clans
    * Added a system of clan-Claims so administrators can disable one's claim that break the rules.
    * Increased RAID cooldown telecommunications port on very long distances.
    * Track tokens now show the Claim ID, a player is in.
    * Track tokens can now track one's claim on its ID is known. /track claimid <id>
